GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Cartographic Antiquarian EDWARD WELLS (hereinafter referred to as 'the Antiquarian Bookshop')

Article 1: The conditions below apply to all items offered by the Antiquarian.

Article 3: Every customer is deemed to have read these terms and conditions before proceeding to purchase. With an order it is definitively confirmed that the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 4: The prices of the articles are determined by the Antiquariaat and fall under the margin scheme. The prices for the articles are in euros and exclude shipping costs.

Article 5: After placing an order from Antiquariaat, a customer receives a confirmation of the order stating the amount due. This amount must be transferred to the Antiquariaat to a bank account announced by it, after which the order is executed. This arrangement applies unless a different agreement has been made about the payment by the customer and Antiquariaat.

Article 6: The ordered items will be sent to the address specified by the customer by registered mail as soon as payment has been received by us.

Article 7: The goods to be received by the customer are accompanied by an invoice stating: the contents of the package, the calculated shipping costs and a clear statement that payment has already been made if this is the case.

Article 8: A description of the quality is indicated with the articles offered by us. If the item does not meet expectations, the customer has the opportunity to return it by registered mail within 14 working days after receipt. The customer will then receive the cost of the item back. The shipping costs incurred by the customer are for his or her account. Shipment must be done in the same way as the Antiquarian Bookstore sends the items.
