Hereinafter referred to as "the Antiquarian".

Article 1: The following conditions of sale apply to all articles offered by the Antiquarian.

Article 3: Each customer is deemed to have read these terms before buying. An order confirms that the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 4: The prices of the items are determined by the Antiquarian and are governed by the Margin agreement. The prices for the items are in Euro and excluding shipping.

Article 5: A customer receives a confirmation of the order after the order of the Antiquarian, specifying the amount due. This amount must be transferred to the Antiquarian on a bank account announced by it, after which the order will be executed. This arrangement applies unless another payment agreement has been made by Customer and Antiquarian.

Article 6: The ordered items will be sent by registered mail, as soon as the payment has come to us, to the address specified by the customer.

Article 7: For the goods to be received by the customer, an invoice has been created which states:

The content of the package, the calculated shipping cost and a clear indication that payment has already been made if this is the case.

Article 8: A description of the quality is given in the articles offered by us. If the item does not meet expectations, the customer will be able to return it within 14 business days of receipt. The customer will then receive the cost of the item. The shipping costs incurred by the customer are for his or her account. Shipment must be done in the same manner as to which the Antiquarian sends the items.

Cartographic Antiquarian Edward Wells specialises in the purchase and sale of antique maps, city maps, atlases, topographical books and charts. We focus exclusively on authentic material, created and published during the period encompassing the 15th to the 19th century.
